Return / Exchange:
If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 7 days and we will offer an exchange free of charge. Other products can be returned for exchange if they are unopened in good resalable conditions within 14 days of purchase. You may choose to bring the items for exchange in our warehouse, there is no fee with this. If you require us to pick up the items from your home, there will be $100 restocking fee. If the exchange is made on next delivery, the restocking fee will be $50.
Customers are advised to check the product and the invoice carefully before opening any package. No refund or exchange will be provided for any food items that are opened or partially consumed.
Although we have strict quality standard, we cannot guarantee that your pet will like every product or that you are satisfied with every product. No refund / exchange will be provided if you or your pets try the product, but don't like it. We reserve our right to refuse any unreasonable request.
If the product is covered by warranty, please contact the distributor directly for exchange or repair. We will not provide exchange or refund for those items.
