How to Order
How to order:
1) By phone: 26522337 (Chinese/English)
2) Online shopping cart. Orders received before 19:00 (Mon to Fri) or 16:00 (Sat) will be processed on the same day. Delivery will be made in 2-4 working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays). Order confirmation is sent by email. Please note that we cannot provide same day delivery. If you order online during Sun and public holiday, you would receive order confirmation the next working day.
Please note that only online orders can receive reward points.
3) For customers outside Hong Kong, please use the online shopping cart to order. We will inform you the shipping cost by email and let you confirm your order. Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Note: we can't ship heavy and bulky items (dry / canned food and cat litter) outside Hong Kong.

We accept Check Payment, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, VISA payment (via PayPal).
Check payment - please make crossed check payable to "Wise Pet".

Cash on Delivery - please prepare the exact amount of cash on delivery (there is no small change)
PayPal / VISA / Master Card - please note that we will only charge your card or PayPal account after we have confirmed product availability and we are ready to ship out your order.
Cancellation should be made by phone before 5:00 p.m. one day prior to the delivery day. Otherwise, customers will be charged with a restocking fee ($100). If the customers refuse to accept the order on delivery, they will also be charge with the restocking fee ($100).
