If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 7 days and we will offer an exchange free of charge.
Other products can be returned for exchange if they are unused, unopened in their original package and good resalable conditions within 14 days of purchase.
You may choose to bring the items for exchange in our warehouse (Tuen Mun) free of charge. If you require us to pick up and redeliver, there will be a pick up and redelivery fee of $130.
For safety reasons, all food items (food, treats, supplements) cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygienic reasons, all clothings (coat, boots, harnesses, collars) that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sales items (under "On Sale" categories) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are advised to check the product and the invoice carefully before opening any package. No refund or exchange will be provided for any products that are opened and/or partially consumed.
Although we have strict quality standard, we cannot guarantee that your pet will like every product or that you are satisfied with every product. No refund / exchange will be provided if you or your pets try the product, but don't like it. We reserve our right to refuse any unreasonable request.
If the product is covered by warranty, please contact the distributor directly for exchange or repair. We will not provide exchange or refund for those items.
Wise Pet reserves the right to make the final decision in case of a dispute.
Refund:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item and we cannot provide a replacement, we will provide a full refund. If you change your mind after your purchase and want a refund of unopened resaleable product, you will be charged $100 for original delivery fee and restocking fee and will be responsible for returning the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
