Orders received before 19:00 (Mon to Fri) or 16:00 (Sat) will be processed
on the same day. Orders submitted after business hours or
on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3) For customers outside Hong Kong,
please use the online shopping cart to order. We will inform you the
shipping cost by email and let you confirm your order.
*Delivery
will be arranged within 2 working days once we have processed your order
(please refer to delivery schedule for details).

Shipment outside Hong Kong is subject to
additional shipping charge. Shipment can be made by regular post or special
delivery. Please email us for details.
Notes:
Delivery is not available to overlying islands and hard
to access areas (areas not accessible by cars). Customers living on
overlying islands can pick up their goods at the ferry pier in Central.
Delivery Schedule:
In-stock items will be delivered within two working days (excluding
Sundays and
public holidays). Please order in advance to ensure that your pets won't
run out of food.
