How to order:


1) By phone: 26522337 (Chinese/English)

 

2) Online shopping cart.  Orders received before 19:00 (Mon to Fri) or 16:00 (Sat) will be processed on the same day. Delivery will be made in 2 working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays).  Order confirmation is sent by email.  Please note that we cannot provide same day delivery.  If you order online during Sun and public holiday, you would receive email confirmation the next working day.

 

3) For customers outside Hong Kong, please use the online shopping cart to order.  We will inform you the shipping cost by email and let you confirm your order.  Note: we can't ship heavy and bulky items (dry / canned food and cat litter) outside Hong Kong.

Enter these coupon codes when you check out to receive 5 to 10% discount:

1) "L500" for orders over $500, 5% off*

Payment method:


Hong Kong customers: COD (cash on delivery) or bank transfer to HSBC 037 9 125586 (bank payment needed prior to delivery)

 

For customers outside Hong Kong, payment has to be made in advance either by bank transfer or PayPal (a 3.5% service fee is applied to PayPal payment)

 

 

 

Delivery Fee:

 

Free delivery on orders over $300 (applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories).  For orders under $300, please add $50 delivery fee.  Customers in Ma Wan have to pay $40 toll fee.

 

Shipment outside Hong Kong is subject to additional shipping charge.  Shipment can be made by regular post or special delivery.  Please email us for details.

 

Notes:

 

Delivery is not available to outlying islands and hard to access areas (areas not accessible by cars). Customers living on outlying islands can pick up their goods at the ferry pier in Central.

 

 

 

Delivery Schedule:

 

In-stock items will be delivered within two working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).  Please note that we cannot arrange same day delivery.  Please order in advance to ensure that your pets won't run out of food.

 

Delivery time:

 

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

Notes:  

1) Once we have received your order, we will confirm product availability and delivery day via email.  If some products are out of stock, you can change, hold, or cancel your order.  In all cases, the minimum order for free delivery is $300. If you break your order into two deliveries, it will be considered as two orders and the discount is calculated per order basis.

 

Case 1: If you order A, B, C for a total of $300 and C is temporarily out of stock, you can hold your order and wait for new stock or change your order and make it up to $300 for immediate free delivery.

 

Case 2: If you order A ($600) & B ($400) for a total of $1000 but B is not available, you can hold your order, wait for new stock of B, have A & B delivered at one time and enjoy 10% discount.  Alternatively, you can break this into two deliveries / orders.  You can get A first and have it delivered immediately while you wait for B.  A will have 5% discount and B will get free delivery but no discount.

 

2) We will not deliver if we cannot contact you by phone on delivery day and make sure that someone is home to receive the products. 

 

 

 

Refund Policy:

 

If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 7 days and we will offer a refund or exchange free of charge.  Other products can be returned for refund or exchange if they are unopened in good resalable conditions within 14 days of purchase.  These returns are subject to $100 restocking fee (if the return / exchange is made in next delivery, the restocking fee will be $50).  

 

If the previous order is less than $300 after the refund / exchange, we will charge you $50 delivery fee.  Customers are advised to check the product and the invoice carefully before opening any package.  No refund or exchange will be provided for any items that are opened and / or partially consumed.   We reserve our right to refuse any unreasonable request.
