Wise Pet is an alternative online pet store built on one concept - pet
health. We focus on natural pet care and
strive to deliver the best products in the market today.
Our products
include super premium pet foods, supplements and shampoos made with
natural human grade
ingredients. We emphasize on product quality not quantity as we
believe that our pet companions deserve
the same quality products as we do!
We do not sell most of the popular pet foods, drugs, pesticides, and
cheap pet products and snack. Our products are selected based on
strict guidelines.
Our missions are to introduce the idea of holistic pet care and to provide high
quality products and service to our customers.
Company
History
The
founding of the company was inspired by my dogs, Poppy
(terrier mix) and Rufous (chihuahua). Like many
people, I started knowing nothing about pet food and just bought
what was available
in pet stores. We tried many brands over the years, Pedigree, Iams, Eukanuba, Pro Plan, Nature's Recipe,
Science Diet. As I read more about
the pet diet, I discovered some shocking facts: most commercial pet
foods are made with animal grade ingredients. These
include chemical preservatives that are banned from human food products,
meat from diseased, dead, down/disabled or dying animals (4-D meat), roadkills, and rendered meat from
euthanized animals. I also learned to read the product label
carefully, and to distinguish the bad vs the good ingredients. It is
said that "we are what we eat". Many health problems are indeed diet related, a
healthy diet and
minimum exposure to synthetic chemicals can save the lives of
many pets. By founding this
company, I hope that our customers have easy access to premium
pet products. It is also my hope that through our newsletters and product
catalogue, we can inspire our customers to think
more about their pets' dietary needs and the idea of holistic care.

breeding, responsible ownership and strict legislation against animal
cruelty.
We believe in pedigree breeding
for better health, temperament and higher breed standard. We do
not support puppy mills (mass production of puppies and kittens for
commercial purpose).
Pets are family members, they
are not toys and tools. Having a pet is a life-long commitment.
We support rescue organizations
and believe that every animal deserves a second chance.
We believe using all
natural products are safer and healthier to our pets, ourselves and the
environment.
All of our products are obtained
directly from the manufacturers or local authorized dealers, we do not
sell parallel imported products.
